A moon circle is a sacred gathering of women, who usually come together to honour and celebrate the new and full moon.
In ancient communities, this circle was used to call in the divine feminine, and as a way of grounding, centering, and receiving higher wisdom.
The Moon represents powerful feminine energy. It signifies wisdom, intuition, birth, death, reincarnation, and a spiritual connection. ... The moon also represents our deepest personal needs. We can use the knowledge and energy of the Moon's cycle to better connect to ourselves.
We are lucky to be graced with 2 beautiful Full Moons in August, the first one which was on the 1st August and the next which will be on Wednesday 30th August!
Supermoons are about 16% brighter than an average moon.
The supermoon will be even closer than normal on the night of August 30 and it will be a rare blue moon, which refers to when there are two full moons in a single month.
A blue moon is not actually blue in color.
Astronomy fans only get to see blue moons about once every three years on average. The next blue moon after the one on Aug. 30 will be in May 2026.
Full Moons are the perfect time to create a ritual of removing what no longer serves us and allowing us to complete our intentions, so that we can move onto something new.
Releasing and letting go during the Full Moon will give you a freeing energy….
If you have started the process of asking yourself the deep questions about what your Great Hunger is. Well done on diving in and getting honest with yourself.
Sitting together in circle the night of the upcoming incredible Blue Supermoon will provide the perfect opportunity to check back in with yourself and reflect on what it is that is coming up for the last few months of the year and releasing the things you are ready to let go of.
Then you will be able to set these intentions free and send them off with love and acceptance on the night in a beautiful firepit ceremony when the Full Moon makes its magnificent appearance in our night sky.
Our Women's Circle is co-created with a small group of awakened women who are looking to connect and replenish their energy, whilst sharing wisdom and inspiration in a safe and supportive environment.
Women have been meeting in Circles throughout time to share and connect with their Sisters in a meaningful way. Join us in a space where an open and honest exchange of our inner wisdom is not only welcomed but celebrated.
Positive transformation happens when we share our internal landscape in an intentional way and encourage others to do the same. The ripple effect transpires through our families and communities and has the capacity to change the World as we know it.
I will be joined by the divine Kristy Roberts as we hold space for you all in her gorgeous haven that is Three Songbirds Yoga & Wellness Studio in Ningi.
I would love you to join us to celebrate the Super Blue Full Moon at our Face to Face Women's Circle with guided meditation, breathwork, essential oils, journalling, cacao, herbal teas, bliss balls and the goodness that comes from women sharing their stories and coming together.
