Becoming a Mum, whilst amazing, can also be incredibly tiring and challenging too. As a mother you may let your self-care come last on the long list of things you need to achieve each week which can leave even more lack of energy and time for the things that you love.

You may feel pulled in 50 different directions at once and overwhelm can creep in or run at your headfirst some days! It’s OK to feel like you want to make a mark on the world outside of being a Mum and carve out some much deserved time to do the things that make you feel good about yourself.

In our sessions you will:

  • Be supported in a caring, "peaceful", confidential and non-judgmental space to collect your thoughts and share the challenges that you are experiencing as a Mother.
  • Re-connect to yourself and all the things that bring you joy outside of being a Mum, a partner, a carer, learn to create space for guilt-free self-care and love who you see in the mirror each day.
  • Move out of overwhelm and into flow, regain direction on your terms, feel empowered to be all that you want to still be.
