Women’s cycles and the changes such as peri-menopause and menopause can really play havoc with your mind and emotions as you navigate the new space of weight fluctuations, hot flushes and other physical changes to hair, skin, nails, sleeping patterns etc. Sometimes shame rears its ugly head around the way you may feel about your body, health and your inability to get control over it and guilt over emotional reactions that don’t feel like your normal behaviours and leave you with uncertainty.

I believe life is about finding peaceful flow, and acceptance and deeper self-love.
